Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a part-time Territory Sales Representative to promote Dell and Alienware products in Reno, NV. You will visit retailers weekly, train staff, and drive sales while maintaining displays and merchandising.

A strong emphasis on relationship-building with store personnel and management will be essential to execute sales initiatives. The role offers a flexible part-time schedule, paid training, and opportunities to travel nationally for merchandising projects while earning

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 6+ months of previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred.
• 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation.
• Strong multi-tasking skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Travel within 70 miles of Ideal Market Zip Code with occasional travel to other Markets.
• Must have and maintain reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability auto.

Responsibilities

• Drive Dell market share through daily direct and indirect sales engagement
• Deliver high-quality customer interactions that convert to measurable results
• Train and motivate retail associates to confidently recommend Dell solutions
• Build strong relationships with store managers to create sales-driving initiatives
• Ensure Dell displays are clean, operational, and visually compelling
• Execute retail resets and merchandising refreshes within your market
• Educate customers and recommend complete solutions tailored to their needs
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and performance metrics
• Capture customer feedback and provide insights to improve strategy
• Accurately document sales activity, store visits, and best practices
