Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative / Field Sales Manager to sell, train, merchandise and promote Dell and Alienware products across retailers. The role involves traveling within the Midland, TX area to demonstrate, train staff and maintain product displays.

The position emphasizes relationship-building with store staff, delivering product knowledge, and coordinating group trainings. A high school diploma and retail experience are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 6+ months of previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or related technical/wireless products preferred.
• 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably in direct marketing or retail environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation.
• Travel within 70 miles of the ideal market zip code; occasional travel to other markets.
• Must have reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate, sell and promote Dell products at assigned retailers.
• Provide training and support to retail sales associates and leadership.
• Complete end-cap and inline resets of Dell/AW displays.
• Use personal transportation to travel within the assigned market on a weekly schedule.
• Guide consumers with the latest product information to aid purchase decisions.
• Coordinate group trainings and execute them.
• Build tight-knit relationships with store associates and management.
• Attend bi-annual meetings for training and enrichment with the client partner.
