Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Territory Business Manager for our Advanced Surgery portfolio in the United States. You will champion surgical products, educate physicians, and build strong caregiver relationships across a defined geography.

This role emphasizes hands-on hospital-based selling, travel, and strategic market development. You will promote hemostats, sealing, and tissue products while collaborating with hospitals and surgical teams to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or 8+ years in OR sales.
• Experience selling in hospitals and leading a large territory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas through direct sale of all products and services.
• Educate physicians on proper use of products and their benefits.
• Call on prospective customers with product information and demonstrations.
• Maintain relationships with customers and meet internal/external expectations.
• Monitor sales vs forecasts and assess territory market potential.
• Coordinate with hospital administration and supply chain.
• Provide feedback to marketing on programs and pricing changes.
• Work autonomously while communicating with management remotely.
