Job summary

Westlake Royal Building Products, a US building products manufacturer, has a full-time Territory Sales Manager opening for Wyoming, New Mexico and Colorado to represent Cultured Stone™, Eldorado Stone™, Stonecraft™, Dutch Quality™, and Kindred Outdoor™.

The role aims to grow sales, market share, and wall share by developing consultative relationships with Architects, Builders, Contractors, and Distribution partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years direct sales experience.
• Proven success growing sales through new business.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Build and maintain successful client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Represent, promote and sell stone products in the assigned territory and collaborate to achieve sales budgets.
• Develop and maintain territory plans to achieve company and regional initiatives.
• Arrange demonstrations, training sessions and events with Architects, Builders, Contractors, and Distributors.
• Schedule and participate in local trade association events and trade shows.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Leader and other TMs for One Company success.
• Manage forecasts, budgets, gross margin and sales revenue in the territory.
• Interpret data from leads, market data, and reports to drive decisions.
• Recommend changes in products, practices, and marketing activities.
• Submit written/electronic sales reports and forecasts in a timely manner.
• Understand CMHA installation procedures and communicate them to customers.
