Job summary

Westlake Royal Building Products, based in Houston, TX, seeks a Territory Sales Manager to grow sales of Cultured Stone, Eldorado Stone, Stonecraft and Dutch Quality in South Texas and Louisiana. You will develop territory plans, build consultative relationships with architects, builders, contractors and distributors, and collaborate with the Regional Sales Leader and other TMs to achieve budgets.

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years direct sales, Salesforce or similar CRM, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years direct sales experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system.
• Working knowledge of MS Office including Teams and Outlook 365.

Responsibilities

• Represent, promote and sell stone products in the assigned territory to meet sales budgets.
• Develop and maintain territory plans to achieve company and regional initiatives.
• Arrange demonstrations, training sessions, and events with Architects, Builders, Contractors and Distributors.
• Schedule and participate in local trade association events and trade shows.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Leader and other TMs for One Company success.
• Manage forecasts, budgets, gross margin, and sales revenue; interpret market data.
• Recommend product, practice, and marketing changes to capitalize on opportunities.
