Job summary

Westlake Royal Building Products is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow sales across Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky. The role focuses on consultative selling of Cultured Stone, Eldorado Stone, Dutch Quality Stone, and StoneCraft through Architects, Builders, Contractors and Distributors.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in direct sales and will drive market share with strong relationship skills. The position requires travel ~50% and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with CRM experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years direct sales experience; building product sales preferred.
Proven success in growing sales and market share.
Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Highly motivated and results-driven with good time management.
Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.
Valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

Represent, promote and sell stone products in the assigned territory (MI, OH, KY).
Develop and maintain territory plans to achieve company initiatives.
Arrange demonstrations, training sessions and events with architects, builders, contractors and distributors.
Schedule and participate in local trade associations and trade shows.
Collaborate with regional leaders and peers for One Company initiatives.
Manage forecasts, budgets, gross margin and sales revenue for the territory.
