Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking self-motivated sales professionals to demonstrate the value of security and smart business solutions to small business customers across the country. You will visit customers at their workplaces, explain products and services, and recommend the right options for each client.

You’ll build trust with business owners, tailor systems to their layout and operations, and follow up after installation to ensure commitments are fulfilled and referrals are generated.

Qualifications

• Must be a strong communicator and trusted advisor to small business customers.
• Able to tailor security solutions to a business's layout, operations, and needs.
• Willing to travel within designated territory using own vehicle and mileage reimbursed.
• Proactive in identifying new leads and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners, guiding them to the right solution.
• Customize each system to fit the business layout and needs, combining security with automation and life-safety tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen relationships.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating leads within the territory.
