FASTSIGNS of Eastvale CA is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to own a rapidly growing territory and drive B2B signage solutions. You will prospect daily, visit client sites, and present brand-aligned displays that convert opportunities into contracts.

You will manage pricing discussions, estimates, and sales contracts, while partnering with operations to ensure seamless project delivery. A performance-based commission structure accompanies a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
• Ability to discuss pricing models, estimates and contracts with clients.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Prospecting: Execute daily face-to-face cold calling, telephone canvassing, and networking to build a robust pipeline.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct site visits to diagnose client needs and recommend visual solutions that meet Brand Standards.
• Strategic Planning: Develop an annual sales plan to meet or exceed monthly quotas.
• Project Management: Oversee projects from estimate to artwork approval to final collection, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Networking: Represent FASTSIGNS at trade shows, chamber events, and referral groups.
