Job summary

FASTSIGNS #65301 is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Executive to drive new business and manage commercial client relationships across the designated region. You will identify prospects, conduct on-site consultations, and deliver tailored visual branding solutions.

The role offers a strong base salary plus uncapped commissions with an OTE of $70,000+ in Year 1 and significant growth potential as your book of business expands.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify and qualify B2B leads.

Responsibilities

• Proactive prospecting: identify and qualify B2B leads through cold calling, field prospecting, networking events, and local outreach.
• On-Site consultations: conduct site surveys, take measurements, assess layout, and advise clients on optimal signage strategy.
• Consultative selling & proposals: work with design/production teams to build proposals, scope projects, present estimates, and close sales.
• Pipeline & CRM management: maintain a pipeline in the CRM to track leads, quotes, and projected close dates.
• Project oversight & coordination: liaison between client and production/installation teams to ensure specs, deadlines, and satisfaction.
• Account management: nurture long-term relationships for repeat business, maintenance contracts, and referrals.
