Bayonet Plumbing & HVAC is seeking a Service Plumbing Area Manager to lead and supervise our plumbing services across a designated territory. You will manage plumbers, ensure project safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and serve as the primary client contact with hands-on technical leadership.

The role emphasizes team leadership, client relations, and continuous improvement in service delivery, with a focus on safety and profitability. A valid plumbing license and driving record are required.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a service plumber or residential plumbing technician, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Valid plumbing license if applicable to local and state regulations.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential plumbing systems, codes, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency with project management software and digital tools.
• Strong commitment to quality workmanship and safety practices.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ensure resources are properly maintained and utilized efficiently.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
• Provide constructive feedback and develop improvement plans when needed.
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and profitability.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or safety.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations.
• Conduct safety meetings, job-site audits, and ensure proper use of PPE.
