Job summary

Bayonet Plumbing & HVAC is seeking a Service Plumbing Area Manager to lead our plumbing services within a designated territory. You will manage a team of plumbers, ensure safety, on-time delivery, and quality standards while serving as the primary client contact.

You will drive service improvements, coordinate projects, monitor budgets, and develop staff through training and coaching to sustain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a service plumber or residential plumbing supervisor/manager.
• Valid plumbing license where required by local/state regs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of plumbers within a designated territory.
• Coordinate and schedule service projects to optimize labor/resources.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and company policies.
• Manage client relationships and address concerns promptly and professionally.
