Job summary

HireBus Inc. is seeking a seasoned Plumbing Sales Supervisor to lead field sales efforts across assigned territories. You will drive revenue, develop contractor and plumbing-channel accounts, and manage the two-man sales process from prospecting through close.

The role requires proven sales results, strong relationship-building, and expert CRM usage to track pipeline and meet quotas in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of plumbing sales experience.
• Proven knowledge of and experience with a two-man sales process.
• Trackable sales results against goals.
• Experience selling plumbing products, fixtures, fittings, pipe, valves, or related building products.
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage and develop a field sales territory.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Comfortable working with sales quotas, CRM systems, and measurable performance metrics.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to spend significant time in the field.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth throughout an assigned territory.
• Develop new contractor, builder, developer, and plumbing-industry accounts.
• Maintain and expand existing customer relationships.
• Execute the company's two-man sales process effectively and consistently.
• Work with a sales partner to prospect, qualify, present solutions, overcome objections, and close opportunities.
• Conduct field visits, customer meetings, job-site visits, and product presentations.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close profitable business.
• Track sales activity, opportunities, customer visits, quotes, and closed business.
• Meet or exceed established sales and margin targets.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development.
• Work closely with inside sales, operations, purchasing, and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales reporting.
