• 2 years minimum managing a plumbing team

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Plumbing activities
• Hire, Train, and Lead Plumbing Team Members
• Cultivate a dynamic, ethical sales culture focused on delivering value to customers
• Manage a P&L responsible for department revenue and gross operating profit targets
• Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews
• Oversee department dispatchers and ensure right techs are assigned to calls
• Create technician work schedules
• Review and approve department payroll
• Handle all customer-related requests and concerns
• Maintain a positive work environment and enforce company policies
