Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Knowledge of current code requirements and financial aspects of the industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead Service Technicians and Installation Crew.
• Recruit, interview, train, manage, and evaluate field technicians.
• Conduct ride-alongs with technicians and provide feedback.
• Ensure repairs and installs meet quality standards and obtain permits when needed.
• Communicate and monitor goals; manage workload to maximize profits.
• Dispatch technicians effectively and assist in the field.
• Lead weekly meetings; resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA) and company policies.
• Manage departmental budget and strive for gross margin targets.
• Oversee inventory, equipment, and service fleet; review new products/services.
• Perform clerical duties and respond to leadership as required.
