Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions is seeking a Territory District Service Manager to support dealerships within an assigned territory and drive improvements in service delivery. You will work with sales and engineering teams to troubleshoot, train staff, and implement effective changes in the field.

The role requires strong presentation skills, knowledge of service management software, and the ability to travel about 80% across the territory while maintaining product expertise and policy

Qualifications

• Knowledge of service management processes and best practices.
• Ability to resolve technical and customer-relations issues effectively.
• Experience advising on staff development and training needs.
• Current knowledge of Konica Minolta product lines and policies.
• Willingness to travel extensively, approx. 80%.
• Industry certifications such as A+, N+, CDIA, MCP, MCSE are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining the dealer base within the territory.
• Evaluate knowledge level of technical staff and recommend improvements.
• Report dealer visitation and product performance in the field.
• Conduct seminars/workshops on existing and new products.
• Troubleshoot and repair production print color and monochrome equipment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and communicate dealer needs.
• Support direct branch requests as needed and coordinate with sales.
