Job summary

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a territory-based District Service Manager in the Seattle, WA area. This role supports and manages dealerships within an assigned territory, requiring close collaboration across levels of the organization to drive improvements and product performance.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot a range of Production Print Color and Monochrome solutions, lead seminars, and work with internal teams to implement changes.

Qualifications

• Good presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Service Management software.
• Ability to resolve both technical and customer relations issues.
• Desire to continually learn while maintaining industry certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of assigned dealer base while assessing staff knowledge.
• Assess and recommend organizational improvements, staffing and training needs.
• Submit reports on dealer visitation and product performance.
• Conduct seminars/workshops for existing and new product introductions.
• Service-train on all Konica Minolta products and troubleshoot equipment.
• Collaborate with internal staff to define and resolve issues.
• Support Direct Branch requests as needed.
• Work with sales to communicate dealer information and needs.
