Job summary

Konica Minolta is seeking a Field Service Office Systems Professional in Ohio. The role involves on-site maintenance and repairs of Konica Minolta office equipment, extensive driver-to-site travel within the assigned territory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Paid training is provided to help you grow your technical expertise. You will develop hands-on skills with current and upcoming technology products, gain exposure to IT networks, and participate in a competitive car allowance

Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience servicing/repairing office equipment or machinery
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• A+ or N+ Certification preferred and exposure to IT Networks a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Konica Minolta products, including diagnostics and break/fix
• Use tools and gauges to repair and diagnose production machinery
• Travel to customer sites within territory and manage scheduling/inventory
• Develop professional customer relationships and maintain high satisfaction
• Demonstrate progress in technical abilities and troubleshooting
• Log service visits and document updates in Konica Minolta systems
• Collaborate with Account Management to resolve customer issues
