Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions Canada seeks a District Service Manager for the Seattle area to support and manage dealerships within an assigned territory. The role requires frequent travel, effective cross-functional communication, and expertise in maintaining and improving service delivery across Konica Minolta products.

The ideal candidate will possess strong presentation skills, knowledge of service management software, and demonstrable ability to resolve technical and customer-relations

Qualifications

• Present and maintain knowledge of Konica Minolta products and policies.
• Wamiliar with service management processes and software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of dealer base and assess technical staff knowledge.
• Assess and recommend organizational improvements, staffing and training needs.
• Submit reports on dealer visits and provide technical information related to performance.
• Conduct seminars/workshops for current and new product introductions.
• Train on all products and troubleshoot equipment including Production Print Color and Monochrome.
• Collaborate with internal technical and engineering staff to resolve issues.
• Support Direct Branch requests as needed.
• Work closely with sales counterparts to communicate dealer information and needs.
