Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support and manage dealerships within an assigned territory.
• Communicate across organizational levels to implement improvements.
• Assess and recommend organizational changes, staffing and training as needed.
• Submit reports on dealer visits and technical performance.
• Conduct seminars/workshops on current and new Konica Minolta products.
• Troubleshoot and service production print color and monochrome equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering to define and resolve issues.
• Support direct branch requests as needed.
• Coordinate with sales to relay dealer information and needs.
