Modern Tek Solutions LLC is seeking a Territory Service Lead in Fort Myers, FL. You will own service delivery, manage customer relationships, ensure accurate quotes, and coordinate field resources to meet company standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, schedule coordination, and proactive problem solving while supporting technicians and maintaining strong client satisfaction in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in low-voltage or related service environments.
• Strong understanding of low-voltage systems including cabling, fiber, CCTV, AV, access control.
• Experience leading field teams and coordinating service work.
• Experience with quoting, scope definition, and customer-facing service coordination.
• Balance field realities with operational and customer expectations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with leadership alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own service delivery within the assigned market with consistent quality and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as primary service contact for customers, building trust and relationships.
• Build, review, and deliver service quotes with accurate scope and pricing.
• Follow up on opportunities and support closing service work.
• Coordinate job scheduling, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Oversee material planning and procurement for service jobs.
• Support and guide Lead Service Technicians and Technicians.
• Provide coaching and feedback to service personnel.
• Act as primary escalation point for service issues.
• Monitor progress, quality, and customer satisfaction; address issues proactively.
• Track and report market-level service performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve service processes and customer experience.
• Collaborate with regional/executive leadership to align operations with goals.
• Step into field support when needed to maintain flow.
• Manage and develop service personnel including time, attendance, and reviews.
