You will oversee remote support, field service, preventive maintenance, and Assurance Plans, guiding a growing team toward faster response, higher uptime, and greater customer satisfaction. The role focuses on coaching staff, improving processes, managing case workflows in Salesforce/FSM, and ensuring timely factory repairs and dependable loaner

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in technical service, field service, maintenance, or industrial equipment support with leadership.
• Experience leading on-site, remote, and traveling teams in manufacturing or equipment environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing operations, priorities, and performance metrics.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop the Technical Service team to deliver legendary customer support and effective technical troubleshooting.
• Forecast service demand and manage staffing, technician capacity, utilization, cross-training, scheduling, and coverage.
• Own customer responsiveness and communication standards across channels including Salesforce/FSM.
• Manage end-to-end service case workflow in Salesforce/FSM with prioritization, documentation, escalation and closure.
