Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive new business in the corrugated packaging sector across the Southeast. You will prospect, qualify, and close deals with manufacturers and distributors, building strategic partnerships and expanding market share.

This field-based role requires strong communication, negotiation, and the ability to manage complex accounts from discovery to implementation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience within corrugated packaging or related manufacturing.
• Proven ability to develop new business and secure new customer accounts.
• Strong prospecting, territory management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience selling customized or consultative solutions is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development efforts across a defined territory, identifying and securing new customers through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
• Develop strategic account plans to grow market share, generate revenue, and establish long-term partnerships with customers.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across manufacturing, consumer products, food & beverage, distribution, and industrial markets.
• Conduct customer visits to evaluate packaging needs, operational challenges, and opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Partner with internal design, customer service, estimating, and operations teams to deliver customized packaging solutions that align with customer objectives.
• Manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle, maintaining a strong pipeline and consistently achieving revenue and profitability goals.
