Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in corrugated packaging or related manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record of winning new business and growing a sales territory.
• Existing customer relationships in the Houston market preferred.
• Experience selling consultative, solution-based products.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel regularly across the Houston area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a defined territory through prospecting and new business development.
• Identify opportunities in industrial markets like manufacturing, construction, energy, and more.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal and negotiation.
• Sell custom corrugated packaging solutions (boxes, displays, shipping containers, etc.).
• Conduct customer site visits to assess requirements and packaging improvements.
• Collaborate with operations and design teams to deliver customer-specific solutions.
• Maintain forecasts, pipeline activity, and territory plans.
