Job summary

Salon Service Group is seeking a results-driven Salon Consultant to manage a Texas territory, including salons, barbers, spas, and beauty professionals. You will drive sales growth, open new accounts, promote approved beauty products, and support client success through on-site visits and education.

The role requires 3+ years in sales (preferably B2B), a passion for beauty, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to travel regionally along with daily driving responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Experience in or strong passion for beauty.
• Creative thinker and problem solver.
• Excellent communication skills; a networking star.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Collaborative team player who supports colleagues and the company’s vision.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to travel regionally and manage a sales route.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales revenue goals as outlined with Performance Metrics.
• Build strong business partnerships with all customers.
• Develop, manage and maintain a regular route for in-person customer support, Monday through Friday.
• Prospect and acquire new business.
• Provide business solutions to new and existing clients.
• Meet business objectives in collaboration with the sales management and store teams.
• Represent SSG at events and build relationships with brand partners.
• Forecast business accurately and update sales leadership regularly.
• Plan and execute successful in-person client support days in the territory.
