Job summary

CosmoProf Beauty in Richmond, VA seeks a Salon Business Consultant to drive salon growth across a dedicated territory. You will visit salons, build relationships, and deliver business insights to increase in-salon sales and loyalty.

The role requires 1+ year in outside sales or beauty industry, strong social media and digital skills, and willingness to travel regionally. Uncapped commission, vehicle reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year outside sales or beauty industry experience.
• Must live within the assigned territory.
• Strong social media skills to build pipelines.
• Experience with Salesforce, Outlook, PDF Expert, and Oracle.
• Willingness to travel locally within the territory.
• Excellent time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by identifying key accounts and expanding territory.
• Demonstrate promotions and programs to salons and partners.
• Meet sales goals through new doors and product introductions.
• Maintain timely communication via email, text and calls.
• Use social media to service salons, barbers, spas and schools.
• Coordinate with vendors to achieve monthly/quarterly goals.
• Enter and maintain customer data in Salesforce and related systems.
