Job summary

Marketsource is seeking a Territory Account Representative to drive training, brand advocacy, and on-site sales in assigned retail stores across the territory. The role focuses on educating consumers and sales associates, delivering demonstrations, and achieving monthly quotas while aligning with client expectations.

You will travel within the territory, schedule visits, and collaborate with client teams to optimize promotions and education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1–2 years minimum experience selling industry related solutions to end-users and customer facing retail sales.
• 2+ years experience of training retail associates.
• Proven track record of achieving sales objectives.
• Access to internet for email and report submissions.
• Retail sales or management experience is a plus.
• Must have a web-enabled device with data plan and reliable transportation.
• Must have a Valid Drivers License.

Responsibilities

• Consistently attain or exceed monthly quota and communicate status to leadership.
• Conduct on-site data gathering to design and explain products and solutions.
• Present solutions and designs to end-user customers and provide product demonstrations as needed.
• Travel within territory to assigned stores and create a visit schedule.
• Develop and facilitate product education and training for client’s sales channels.
• Interact with client leadership for training, funnel management, and lead generation.
• Maintain territory performance metrics and regular training to stay SME in product portfolio.
