Job summary

MarketSource is seeking a Territory Account Representative to drive sales in assigned stores within a regional market. You will educate customers and sales associates on products, deliver demonstrations, and help achieve monthly quotas.

The role covers on-site visits across the territory and requires effective communication with client leadership. You will train retail teams, present solutions, and collaborate with client partners to optimize promotions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1–2 years in selling industry solutions to end-users and retail.
• 2+ years training retail associates and meeting sales objectives.
• Access to internet for email and reporting.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly quota.
• Present solutions and designs to end-users.
• Provide product demonstrations to facilitate closing.
• Travel within the territory to multiple stores as needed.
• Develop and lead product education and training sessions for client channels.
• Maintain relationships with client field leadership and markets.
• Analyze territory performance metrics and report findings.
