Job summary

MarketSource is seeking a Territory Account Representative to drive training, brand advocacy, assisted sales and visual presence across assigned stores. The role requires the ability to educate consumers, present product demonstrations, and exceed sales quotas within a defined territory.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working independently with strong communication skills and a professional retail image.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1–2 years minimum experience selling industry related solutions to end-users and customer facing retail sales.
• 2+ years experience of training retail associates.
• Must have a web-enabled device (smartphone or tablet) with iOS or Android 2.2 (or higher) with an active data plan.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly quota and drive sales opportunities.
• Conduct on-site data gathering to design and explain products and solutions.
• Present solutions and demonstrations to end user customers.
• Travel within territory to assigned stores, sometimes multiple stores in a day.
• Develop and facilitate product education and training sessions for client’s sales channels.
