Job summary

MarketSource is seeking a Territory Account Representative to drive sales in a designated region. You will educate consumers and retail staff, demonstrate products, and advance client programs across multiple stores within your territory.

The role emphasizes quota attainment, strong communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while traveling locally. A customer-focused, energetic team player is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1-2 years minimum experience selling industry related solutions to end-users and customer facing retail sales.
• 2+ years experience of training retail associates.
• Access to internet for email correspondence and report submissions.
• Retail sales or retail management experience is a plus.
• Must have a web enabled device with iOS or Android 2.2+ with active data plan.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a Valid Drivers License.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly quota.
• Communicate status of qualified opportunities with program leadership.
• Conduct on-site data gathering to design solutions for customers.
• Present solutions and designs to end user customers.
• Provide product demonstrations to facilitate closing.
• Travel within territory to assigned stores and manage visit schedules.
• Develop and facilitate product education and training sessions for client’s sales channels.
• Interact with client for training, funnel management, and lead generation.
• Maintain territory performance metrics and lead generation data.
• Participate in training sessions to stay a subject matter expert.
