Job summary

Indiana Furniture in Jasper, IN is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Coordinator to serve as the main contact for a specific territory. You will analyze issues and coordinate with Order Processing, Logistics, and Manufacturing to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Communicate effectively with dealer partners and external sales representatives; provide timely responses to inquiries; and learn our Indiana Furniture product offerings. Occasional overtime and travel (<5%) may be required, with a supportive, team-first environment.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• 5+ years related experience in the contract furniture industry is preferred.
• Associate degree is preferred.
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; must be a team player with a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for a specific territory
• Analyze issues and provide the best resolution for the customer and company
• Collaborate effectively with various departments including Order Processing, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.
• Communicate effectively with dealer partners and external sales representatives
• Provide appropriate and timely responses to inquiries and requests
• Must be well-versed in the Indiana Furniture product offering, and/or be willing to learn
• Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
• Ability to travel as required; currently anticipated to be <5% for the purpose of professional development, customer visits, etc.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned at management's discretion
