Hurco Companies, Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team onsite. You will assist distributors and customers with questions, troubleshooting, and product support, delivering a positive customer experience.

• Respond to customer and distributor inquiries by phone, email, and/or chat
• Provide fast, friendly, and professional customer support
• Assist with product, service, and technical-related questions
• Troubleshoot customer issues and identify appropriate solutions or resources
• Research questions and follow through to ensure issues are resolved
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
• Develop a strong understanding of our products, services, and policies
• Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues
• Share customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
• Maintain a professional and helpful attitude in all customer interactions

We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist o join our team in Indianapolis. In this role you will play an important role in providing a positive customer experience by assisting distributors and customers with questions, troubleshooting, and product support.

The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, dependable, and enjoys helping people. You should be comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and other communication channels, while also being able to work independently and prioritize multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and professional customer support
• Assist with product, service, and technical-related questions

Qualifications

• Onsite position located in Indianapolis, Indiana
• Previous customer service or support experience
• Fluent in English, including speaking, reading, and writing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems a plus, D365 F&O a plus
• Positive, professional attitude with a genuine desire to help customers
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer requests
• Comfortable learning new products, systems, and processes
