Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team in the United States. We provide extensive training, virtual classes, and hands-on mentoring in your assigned territory.

You will focus on introducing business owners to top-tier health benefit plans and build lasting client relationships through consultative sales. Your role includes prospecting, meetings, and field visits to develop a strong client portfolio, with travel weeks offering cross-region collaboration.

Qualifications

• Candidates must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years relevant sales/athletic background.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce to curate leads and build your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand client needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and report it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
