Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team and seeks a driven individual to grow in a coaching‑oriented environment. The role focuses on introducing health benefit plans to business owners and employees through consultative selling across the local territory.

Training is extensive, including virtual classes and hands-on mentoring. You’ll receive weekly draw pay with commissions, plus bonuses and stock share opportunities, while building a personal client portfolio and achieving sales

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build connections quickly (not required but preferred).
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Experience in competitive settings or leadership roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build your client base in the designated territory.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text and schedule meetings with prospects.
• Visit local businesses, develop relationships, and follow up on referrals and existing clients.
• Hit monthly/quarterly sales targets with guidance from the sales manager.
• Record daily activity and maintain up-to-date pipeline information.
