Qualifications

• Requires strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of excellence in sales or leadership (background is an asset).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience is required or considered.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build a client portfolio in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text and schedule meetings.
• Visit local businesses, develop relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Set and pursue monthly/quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly hours and submit schedules; record daily activity and sales stats.
