Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks a driven sales professional to join our growing team. You will introduce business owners and employees to top-tier health benefit plans, with hands-on mentoring and virtual training to support your territory.

Responsibilities include client outreach, meetings, and relationship-building across local businesses, with optional travel weeks to collaborate with peers from other regions. Prior sales or leadership experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships and reservice clients.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; submit to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
