Qualifications

• 3+ years of field and sales experience in crop protection.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and crop protection products in the region.
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating science to clients.

Responsibilities

• P&L responsibility: achieve sales budgets and manage expenses.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and influencers.
• Advocate for the territory; identify new product opportunities and uses.
• Develop 2–3 year business plans and propose field trials.
• Promote brand and provide market feedback to inform strategies.
