Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking driven individuals for an entry-level territory-based sales representative role in Arkansas. The position offers extensive training and the independence to manage your own schedule while building a portfolio of local business clients.

You will introduce supplemental insurance solutions to business owners and their workforce, handle both one-on-one meetings and group presentations, and develop your territory through proactive outreach and ongoing relationship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand the territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and re-service clients.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly/quarterly targets with the sales manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily activity and sales stats.
