Job summary

Surface Experts is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to join our Northeast Charlotte team. You will choose your sales route, manage provided leads, and schedule appointments with property managers, all while working from home part of the time in a hybrid setup.

We offer a base salary plus commissions and bonuses, a flexible schedule, training, and a strong support center with leads and CRM tools to help you succeed. No prior sales experience required.

• Strong rapport skills and persistence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• No prior industry or sales experience is required—training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day; all leads are provided.
• At each appointment with the property manager, build rapport, walk through a unit to assess opportunities, educate on our services and book repairs.
• Work from home includes reviewing sales route, prep calls, and minimal admin work.
• Ten-minute check-in with the Owner.
