Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside direct sales professional to cover a dedicated territory. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products.

We provide comprehensive training, use Salesforce CRM, and offer a weekly draw pay plus commissions, with health, dental, and vision benefits after 60 days. A valid license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain; study course provided and licensing fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates near degree or with relevant sales/athletic background considered).

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build your client portfolio.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present products to groups of 50–100+.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners and referral sources.
• Collaborate with your manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan your weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
