Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates near degree completion considered).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients while expanding your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales team.
• Personally visit new businesses, develop relationships with local owners, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
