Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, entry-level outside direct sales professional to cover a dedicated territory. We train you to reach small and medium businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products for businesses and employees.

You will engage with owners, benefits managers, and staff, sometimes presenting to groups of 50–100+. Expect ongoing training, a fast-paced environment, and strong earning potential with performance-based

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients and network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build local relationships, follow up on referrals, re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and submit to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
