Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to develop a new book of business within a designated territory in the United States. The role focuses on acquiring and retaining clients through in-person visits to businesses and decision-makers.

You will receive comprehensive training, work with a high-energy team of supplemental insurance producers, and have opportunities to meet targets, earn commissions, and receive bonuses as you grow your book of business.

Qualifications

• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain) with training provided.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (or relevant sales/athletic background).

Responsibilities

• Outside direct sales to your own territory with an emphasis on new client acquisition and retention.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads, schedule meetings, and build your client portfolio.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text and schedule meetings as needed.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales team and manager.
• Develop relationships with local businesses and re-service existing clients.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the sales manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
