Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside direct sales representative. You'll meet with business owners and decision-makers, promote supplemental insurance products, and build your own client portfolio. We provide comprehensive training, a structured commission plan with draw pay, and opportunities for advancement.

You’ll use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and record activity. Candidates need a driver's license, willingness to obtain an insurance license, and a strong work

Qualifications

• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain; training provided at no cost and license fees reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients while expanding your professional network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager each week.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates daily.
