Sika is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for Subfloor Prep and Flooring Adhesives Solutions in New Jersey. You will drive growth by building partnerships with contractors, distributors, and specifiers, delivering hands-on demos, and expanding our market presence.

The role offers a base salary plus incentive, a company car, and medical benefits from day one, with potential travel to cover the territory and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years outside sales experience with proven success.
• Extensive experience with Tile and Stone Installation Systems including tiles adhesives, tiles grouts, thin-sets and subfloor preparation in commercial & residential applications.
• Ability to conduct effective product presentations and hands-on demonstrations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 package as well as Salesforce CRM.
• Understanding of architectural specifications and construction design elements.

Responsabilités

• Grow sales and hit targets by developing partnerships with contractors, distributors, specifiers, and key influencers.
• Promote innovation by introducing and demonstrating our latest tile and flooring solutions through jobsite visits, hands-on demos, and professional presentations.
• Generate new business with specifications, cold calls, and contractor engagement.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers and prospects, ensuring outstanding service.
• Plan and execute territory sales strategies and budgets for sustainable growth.
• Leverage technology with daily Salesforce CRM updates to manage pipelines and activities.
• Support quality assurance by reporting product feedback and coordinating solutions with our Technical Service team.
