Job summary

Dal-Tile, the leading tile and natural stone manufacturer in the United States and a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, seeks an Associate Sales Representative to grow dealer sales, service existing accounts, and expand the Studio Direct program. You will present product knowledge, manage dealer relations, and support territory profitability.

The role emphasizes travel (50-60%), call reporting in Salesforce, and collaboration with regional/ corporate sales teams.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• No prior experience required beyond a high school diploma.
• Ability to lift and travel as needed (as stated).

Responsibilities

• Enter all call reports in Salesforce and maintain call cadence.
• Service existing Studio Direct Dealers, build relationships and train dealer staff.
• Prospect and register new Studio Direct Dealers.
• Assist dealers in specifying Dal-Tile products for projects.
• Maintain dealer samples and merchandising to position products as go-to.
