Dal-Tile is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to increase dealer product sales within the assigned territory and to develop new business through Studio Direct Dealers. The role includes calling on dealers, presenting product knowledge, and maintaining relationships to boost profitability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; no experience needed.
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Enter all call reports within Salesforce and maintain call cadence.
• Develop and service Dealer relationships through regular calls with Studio Direct Dealers.

Responsibilities

• Enter all call reports within Salesforce and maintain call cadence.
• Service existing Studio Direct Dealers by making sales calls and developing business relationships.
• Prospect, secure and register new Studio Direct Dealers.
• Work with Studio Direct Dealers to specify Dal‑Tile products on residential projects.
• Present product knowledge seminars to Dealers during their regular sales meetings.
