Job summary

Phathom Pharmaceuticals seeks a Territory Sales Representative to drive sales across Atlanta and surrounding areas, promoting a first-in-class GI treatment to gastroenterologists, APPs, and select PCPs.

You will build knowledge of the product and disease state, engage healthcare professionals, and collaborate with regional teams to accelerate pull-through while meeting regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two years or more of successful medical sales experience or one year pharmaceutical sales experience; GI Specialty experience preferred.
• Proven and consistent track record of success in sales performance.
• Experience launching new products.
• Demonstrated success leveraging all resources (marketing, market access pull through and technology solutions).
• Proven business acumen and analytical expertise.
• Builds professional relationships with office staff and others in the customer network.
• Demonstrated success in both live and virtual interactions.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales performance to meet or exceed goals.
• Maintain advanced product and disease state expertise for engaging care professionals.
• Builds understanding of territory market dynamics and access opportunities.
• Develops territory business plans with Regional Sales Manager and SAS.
• Collaborates with marketing, training, and sales operations to execute strategies.
• Meets all administrative responsibilities including CRM use and expense reporting.
