Zusammenfassung

Phathom Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in assigned geography, promoting its GI product portfolio to gastroenterologists, APPs, and select PCPs. You will build deep product knowledge, align resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.

You will maintain relationships, execute effective pull-through strategies, and navigate market dynamics while traveling as needed to cover the territory.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years or more of successful medical sales experience (GI preferred).
• Experience launching new products.
• Proven ability to leverage resources (marketing, access, technology).
• Proven business acumen and analytical expertise.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed goals.
• Maintain advanced product and disease state knowledge for engaging GI specialists and PCPs.
• Develop territory plans with Regional Manager.
• Collaborate with peers, marketing, training, and sales ops.
• Execute CRM and expense reporting accurately.
