Job summary

Sika is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in subfloor prep and flooring adhesives solutions. You will develop partnerships with contractors, distributors, and specifiers, and deliver hands-on demonstrations on job sites.

You will manage the territory, hit sales targets, and report findings to the Technical Service team, using Salesforce to keep pipelines current. The role requires travel, excellent communication, and a proven track record in construction materials sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years outside sales experience with proven success.
• Experience selling in construction materials, adhesives, flooring, or related industries.
• Ability to present and demonstrate products in technical and hands-on settings.
• Strong relationship-building skills and business growth record.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and hit targets by building partnerships with contractors, distributors, specifiers, and influencers.
• Promote innovation by introducing and demonstrating tile and flooring solutions through jobsite demos and presentations.
• Generate new business with specifications, cold calls, and contractor engagement.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers and prospects and ensure outstanding service.
• Plan and execute territory sales strategies and budgets for sustainable growth.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage pipelines and activities.
• Support Quality Assurance by reporting product feedback and coordinating with Technical Service.
