Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level Territory Sales Representative to drive adoption of supplemental insurance solutions among small and medium businesses. You’ll receive extensive training, manage your own schedule, and aim to build a robust local client portfolio.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, a motivation to learn, and are open to obtaining a state insurance license if needed. A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to build leads and expand your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and close sales.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, follow up on referrals, and re-service clients.
• Grow and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and report activity daily.
